Clipxu's early threat alert scenario is a powerful tool that integrates cutting-edge technologies such as AI video recognition, IoT, and a proprietary user/notification system.
The first step in using Clipxu is for the authorities of the school to define the network of users who will have access to the application. This can be done either via a computer or the Clipxu IOS/Android app.
The authorities can set up a list of users who will receive alerts, and they can also specify which users will be able to activate emergency protocols such as turning off/on lights, locking doors, and activating alarms. The system can also be configured to only operate on specific days and times, allowing for maximum flexibility.
The goal of this system is to provide a proactive and effective solution to prevent school shootings and other violent incidents.
Once Clipxu is operating, it continuously screens the school environment for any sign of a firearm or the sound of gunshots. When it detects a potential threat, the system tags the suspected individuals and tracks them through various cameras. It also immediately notifies predefined users and shares real-time images of the incident.
Predefined users have the ability to discard the alert or activate predefined emergency scenarios that could include sound and light management, as well as unlocking or locking doors.
