FIDUMTEC has a professional team with 10 years of proven experience in the design, execution, implementation and support of technology projects, in one of the most demanding markets in the region such as telecommunications.
This experience allows FIDUMTEC to continue building skills on new technology trends (such as Cloud, Internet-of-Things, among others) and agile development processes. All our structure is made available to our customers to complement their organizations in a cost-efficient manner and enriching the bondage teams of both companies.

As a second line offer is the HR extension for our clients (corporate management) adding HR in Planning, Engineering, Operation and Project Management areas.
A third line services focused on the projects consultancy and daily design tasks, delivering risk analysis and vulnerabilities known from our experience that are not part of the risk matrix of clients.
This last service is enriched by the offer of our First, Second and Third line support team. This team employs case management and monitoring tools as well as an organizational structure that allows providing a single focus point on its more proactive and consultative support always focused on response speed under the the most demanding service levels (SLA) in the market.
Our support team has HR distributed in the region (between Colombia, Argentina, Chile, Mexico, Guatemala, United States and Brazil) and is prepared to fit the operational practices of our customers while incorporating interaction with all the major infrastructure providers (HPE, DellEMC, Cisco, AWS) and Worldwide Software (Oracle, Microsoft, RedHat, VMware)
The last value addition Fidumtec proposes is based on customization: in complementary services of training and testing of new technologies. FIDUMTEC has laboratories in Colombia and Argentina, as well as training rooms in these countries.
